Chinese style mince pie

I'd like to share an easy and quick recipe of chinese style mince pie for lazy people.




2 salty eggs
1/2 pounds chopping meat


Firstly, you need to make some salty eggs.  It is easy and just keep some raw eggs in salty water for about 1 month to absorb the salt. Be sure they are salty enough before you use them.

Crack the eggs and mix them with the chopping meat nicely in a plate.
Smear the mix up to even and steam it for about 30 mintues.


Then you got a quick and tasty chinese style mince pie.
Be sure to enjoy it with rice!
